Christopher McMullen, MBA

Christopher McMullen has worked as an organizational development consultant for the past twelve years. Experienced as both an internal and external consultant, Christopher has worked with corporations, education institutions, government agencies, community groups, and NGO’s/not-for-profit organizations.

Christopher specializes in building cross-cultural communication and collaboration, as well as transforming conflict.

Whether providing strategic planning for non-governmental organizations, advising faculty at university, facilitating ex-combatant/victim-survivor dialogues in Ireland, teaching university courses online, leading inter-religious dialogues in India or assessing business consultants, Christopher excels at designing processes the match group needs and enable them to achieve desired goals. He has partnered with organizations and individuals on three continents and enjoys practicing the collaboration skills he helps hone in others. Helping groups identify hidden obstacles and and leverage hidden resources is one of Christopher’s key strengths.
