How Coaching Works We begin with identifying your leadership style, decision-making and conflict management preferences, emotional and relationship intelligence, and other leadership competencies. We complete your profile by conducting a comprehensive, interview-based 360 assessment. To better understand your leadership context, we perform an organizational review. All this information is compiled into a Leadership Profile report for your reference. During the course of six months, you track and adapt your goals, examine gains and blocks, problem solve, and acknowledge progress with your Coach. At the completion of the coaching partnership, we evaluate the value of the process and outline a strategy for continuous learning that you can use as a guide for further development and growth.
