The Intrepid Executiveâ„¢ Coaching Program is a six-month intensive professional development engagement for organizational leaders, business owners, and independent professionals seeking to transform their leadership impact.

• Development of the Leadership Profile
• A two-hour in-person Orientation Session
• Development of the Intrepid Executive Action Plan
• Two one-hour coaching sessions per month (either in person or on the phone)
• On-site observation as requested
• Unlimited e-coaching

How Coaching Works 

In the Intrepid Executiveâ„¢ Coaching Program, we join with you as a confidential partner to strengthen your leadership capacity and support your growth.  The result you can expect  is more positive and productive impact at work, at home, and in your community life.

We begin with identifying your leadership style, decision-making and conflict management preferences, emotional and relationship intelligence, and other leadership competencies.   We complete your profile by conducting a comprehensive, interview-based 360 assessment.  To better understand your leadership context, we perform an organizational review.  All this information is compiled into a Leadership Profile report for your reference. 

Your Coach discusses the report in detail with you during a two hour Orientation Session.  You identify your leadership strengths and opportunities for learning, and set goals in an Intrepid Executive Action Plan.

During the course of six months, you track and adapt your goals, examine gains and blocks, problem solve, and acknowledge progress with your Coach.   At the completion of the coaching partnership, we evaluate the value of the process and outline a strategy for continuous learning that you can use as a guide for further development and growth.
